This has become one of my new favorite breakfast recipe. The Acai bowl. I found this recipe online and had to give it a try and I fell in love
3/4 cup Greek yoghurt
2 TBSP coconut milk
1 tsp acai powder
1/2 frozen berries
1/2 cup fresh berries (for topping)
1/8 cup shredded coconut (for topping)
1/2 cup granola (the super healthy organic kind)
Mix the first 4 ingredients in your blender. Add the granola. Top with berries and coconut.
Serve and enjoy!! So yummy!!
